Why donate toys online? Reason No. 1

First and foremost and most importantly, the kids end up getting the most appropriate toys!

Because the charity chooses what is available to donate online, they are able to select the best suited, most appropriate toys for the kids in need. Compare this to a physical toy drive where good intentioned donors select random toys (or worse, inappropriate toys) or sometimes even second-hand broken toys, all of which the charity ends up discarding. To us that seems wasteful, inefficient and expensive. Simply Giving avoids all those issues.

In addition, Simply Giving allows charities to skew the toys they make available based on their needs ....

- Are there more older children that need gifts?

- Are there more younger children that need gifts?

Because the charity chooses what is available to donate online, they can best match your donations with their actual needs. Again, compare this to a physical toy drive where the charity has no control on what is donated, often resulting in a mis-match between donations and the actual needs.
